1. Agreement Acceptance and Scope

1.1 Binding Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 678jl (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a gaming platform operating under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By creating an account, accessing our website at https://678jl.cam, downloading our mobile application, or using any 678jl services, you expressly agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other rules, policies, and operational guidelines published on our platform.

1.2 Modifications to Terms

678jl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Modifications become effective immediately upon publication on our website. Your continued use of 678jl services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. We recommend checking this page monthly to remain informed of any changes. Material changes affecting your rights or obligations will be highlighted in our platform notifications for a reasonable period following implementation.

1.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 678jl regarding your use of our services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity Requirements

To register and maintain an account with 678jl, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and your jurisdiction of residence.
• Geographic Restrictions: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. 678jl services are not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• No Prohibited Status: You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, excluded by gambling regulators, or prohibited from gambling by any legal or regulatory authority.

2.2 Account Registration Process

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number, valid email address, and government-issued identification details. You warrant that all information submitted during registration and subsequently updated is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund of any balances.

2.3 Account Ownership and Restrictions

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with 678jl. The creation or operation of multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts under false identities is strictly prohibited. 678jl employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, 678jl reserves the right to:

1. Close all duplicate accounts immediately without prior notice;
2. Void all bets placed from duplicate accounts;
3. Confiscate all winnings derived from duplicate account activity;
4. Forfeit any bonus funds or promotional credits across all accounts;
5. Return only original deposits (if any) to the account holder, less any administrative fees.

2.4 Account Security and Password Protection

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party. You agree to immediately notify 678jl of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 678jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of unauthorized access in writing.

2.5 Identity Verification and KYC Compliance

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR licensing requirements, 678jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Verification documents may include but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys ID);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, barangay certificate issued within the last 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, GCash screenshot showing account name);
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document;
• Source of funds documentation for large transactions or deposits.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) calendar days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of identity verification.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

678jl accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer to BDO and BPI accounts, QR Ph, GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed on the deposit interface. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.

Deposits are typically credited to your account within ten (10) seconds for e-wallet methods and within thirty (30) minutes for bank transfers during business hours. 678jl does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may impose transaction charges which are your sole responsibility.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Limitations

Withdrawals may be requested at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: PHP 500 per transaction (may vary by payment method);
• Maximum Withdrawal: PHP 500,000 per transaction, PHP 2,000,000 per week, subject to adjustment for VIP tier members;
• Verification Requirement: Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal;
• Wagering Requirement: All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations;
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Alternative withdrawal methods require additional verification.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals process within five (5) minutes on average during business hours; bank transfers process within one (1) to three (3) business days; cryptocurrency withdrawals process within twelve (12) hours subject to blockchain confirmation times.

3.3 Bonus Wagering and Withdrawal Restrictions

All bonus funds, free spins, promotional credits, and loyalty rewards are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and typically range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount. Detailed wagering terms are specified in each promotional offer. Any attempt to withdraw funds before completing applicable wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus. Deposits made while an active bonus is in your account may become subject to the bonus wagering requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of this Agreement:

1. Collusion: Coordinating gameplay with other players to gain unfair advantage;
2. Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim promotional offers repeatedly, or coordinating with others to exploit bonus terms;
3. Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets on outcomes that guarantee profit regardless of result through exploiting odds discrepancies;
4. Game Exploitation: Using software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain unfair advantage;
5. Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets;
6. Card Counting or Edge Sorting: Employing advantage play techniques in live dealer games;
7. Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate deposits with payment providers;
8. Money Laundering: Using 678jl services to transfer, conceal, or process funds from illegal sources.

Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential account closure with forfeiture of all funds. 678jl reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and report fraudulent activity to appropriate authorities including PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies.

4.3 Game Disconnections and Technical Issues

In the event of a game disconnection or technical malfunction during gameplay, 678jl will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore your session. If restoration is not possible, the following procedures apply: for slots and RNG games, any bets already placed will complete normally according to the RNG result, and outcomes will be credited to your account once the system is restored; for live dealer games, if a hand or round was in progress, the result will be determined by the dealer and credited accordingly; for sports betting, if an event is voided or abandoned, standard sportsbook rules apply as detailed in the sportsbook terms.

5. Responsible Gaming and Account Limitations

5.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

6. Account Suspension and Termination

6.1 Suspension by 678jl

678jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of this Agreement;
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• You fail to provide requested verification documents;
• Your account shows patterns consistent with money laundering;
• You engage in behavior that damages 678jl's reputation or operations;
• Required by regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

Upon suspension, all pending bets will be voided, and your account balance will be frozen pending investigation. If termination is warranted, 678jl will return your original deposit balance less any applicable fees, fraudulent winnings, or amounts owed.

6.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time. To close your account, contact customer support with your closure request. Before closure is finalized, you must withdraw all available funds and complete all pending wagering requirements. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened. If you wish to gamble with 678jl again in the future, you must register a new account subject to our duplicate account detection systems.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 678jl platform including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, data compilations, and user interface design are the exclusive property of 678jl or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use 678jl services for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any portion of the 678jl platform without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability Disclaimer

678jl strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee continuous, error-free, or secure access to our platform. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 678jl, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time of the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1 Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding 678jl services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. We will investigate your complaint and provide a written response within seven (7) business days. If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may escalate your complaint to our senior management team.

9.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines. By using 678jl services, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

10.1 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

10.2 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. 678jl may freely assign this Agreement to any successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.

10.3 Force Majeure

678jl shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, labor disputes, or technical malfunctions.

10.4 Acknowledgment of Agreement

By clicking "I Agree" during registration or by continuing to use 678jl services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. You further acknowledge that you meet all eligibility requirements and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
